HOW TO SAY OUR 'POSITION' BY USING VERBS PART - 2

IMPORTANT POINTS:  In-fact there are '5' 'Be' forms in Helping Verbs and from the Main Verbs we have to consider 'be' and its forms also. The totally we can see eight 'be' forms which are similar in the meaning and usage.

They are:

1. Am
2. Is
3. Was
4. Be
5. Are
6. Were
7. Been
8. Being


Now let us observe the examples related to the "VIEWS OF POSITION".



PRESENT POSITION:


     I am confident now. (+)
     I am not confident now. (-)
     Am I confident now? (+Q) (C.Q)
     Am I not confident now? (-Q) (C,Q)
     How am I confident now? (I.Q)

     She is happy now.
     She is not happy now.
     Is she happy now?
     Is she not happy now?
     Why is she happy? 

      They are rich.
      They are not rich.
      Are they rich?
      Are they not rich?
      How rich they are?

     Rama is talkative.
     Rama is not talkative.
     Is Rama talkative?
     Is Rama not talkative?
     How is Rama?



PAST POSITION: 


     I was busy yesterday.
     I was not busy yesterday.
     Was you busy yesterday?
     Was you not busy yesterday?

     She was on tour last week.
     She was not on tour last week.
     Was she on tour last week?
     Was she not on tour last week?
     Where was she last week?

      They were happy last year.
